A look at the Beamz Rage 600 smoke Machine & BeamZ Rage 1000 snow machine

I bought the little smoke machine in October 2023 and its been a great addition to my kit. Although small it have a good output a small medium sized space. I bought mine via Amazon for £35, the price today in 2025 is £35.99 including delivery. I have the version without the additional remote. Which is available for an addition £7.01. Although for what I use it for the wired remote is fine.
The tank lasts a long time and is lit so you can keep an eye on the levels in the dark. I use BeamZ high density fluid which seams to be a good match. Which is £13.99 from Amazon.

Beamz Rage1000 Snow Machine with Remote Controller
I purchased this snow machine last year, I when with the model with the wireless remote. I used this machine for outdoors to the entrance to a Christmas party, It looked really good, The kids loved it! The machine when I bought it came with one bottle of fluid which need to be mixed with 5 litres of water, at the time of writing Amazon is selling the unit with 2x bottles which when mixed will make 10L of fluid.
When running the machine quickly uses the fluid so you will have to keep an eye on the levels so you do not run out. Fluid is available from Amazon, Last time I bought some it worked out £5.70 per bottle which when mixed is around £1.39 per litre which is pretty good. You may need to wait for a promotion for the best price!
I will be using this for a theatre show, so the Remote will be needed, the addition of onboard DMX would be a good feature, but the remote will get the job done.

These two machine are a great addition to my equipment, the smoke machine being the most used of the two, but I’m sure I will make good use of the snow machine this year, last year was a little to windy to use.
