Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our mobile disco service. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    1.1. All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when we have received a signed contract and the required deposit.
    1.2. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated to you upon confirmation of your booking.
    1.3. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the event, payable in cash or by a pre-agreed method.
    1.4. In the event of cancellation, the deposit may be refundable based on the terms outlined in the cancellation policy (see Section 4).
  2. Services:
    2.1. Our mobile disco service includes the provision of professional DJs, sound systems, lighting equipment, and a diverse music library suitable for the event type.
    2.2. We will make every effort to accommodate specific song requests and playlists provided by the client prior to the event, subject to technical limitations and music availability.
  3. Venue and Equipment:
    3.1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is suitable for our setup and that there are adequate power outlets available.
    3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if, in our professional judgment, the venue or event conditions pose a risk to the safety of our team or equipment.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds:
    4.1. In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
    • Cancellations made 7 or more before the event date: 80% refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 before the event date: the deposit is non-refundable.
      4.2. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or a formal letter.
      4.3. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement or refund the full amount paid.
  5. Liability:
    5.1. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our equipment, we are not liable for any damages to the venue or personal property during the event.
    5.2. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to individuals or property arising from the use of our mobile disco service, including any accidents on the dancefloor.
  6. Force Majeure:
    6.1. We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, strikes, equipment failure, or transportation disruptions.
  7. Privacy:
    7.1. Any personal information provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  8. Governing Law:
    8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
