We at HD Sound & Lighting will be renting some up lighting for this event. To add a nice wash of colour to the Town Hall’s council chamber, which only has the option of very bright overhead lights. So we will be bringing along a set of RGB par cans and a couple light bars which should add a nice selection of colours and hopefully provide a relaxing environment to this event.
